I was more than happy with every stage of the process for our renovation – from the day Jake turned up on time to discuss providing a quote, to the day we got the occupancy certificate. Jake always acted in our best interest. If an issue arose it was presented to us with options, costs and effort already calculated which made decisions quite easy.
