We handle the process from start to finish and take care of all of the site testing and reporting, design, council approvals, demolition and construction, as well as everything else in between. Our Process

1. FREE SITE INSPECTION

We assess your site in person and arrange an initial site survey that will provide you with important site information for the block of land you are looking to develop.

 

2. DESIGN AND PLANNING

The fun begins! We will discuss the possibilities and potential of your site with you and will be able to work with our architect to create a custom design that works with your site.

 

3. TENDER

We provide simple and clear quotes displaying everything included in your new home and agree on a fixed price.

 

4. DOCUMENTATION

We will work with the council and arrange all applicable permits and building approvals. Once approval is granted, we can sign contracts! 

 

5. DEMOLITION

This is our difference! We will coordinate the demolition for you! However, if you know of someone and would prefer to use them, please let us know.

 

6. SELECTIONS

The fun begins! We will take you through the selection process and can help you choose all your home finishes to achieve your desired outcome.

 

7. CONSTRUCTION

We are ready to build your dream home! Block is cleared, selections are sorted and contract and payments finalised. Let’s do this!
