JCD TAKE HOME 2021 MBA AWARD

We’re so proud to announce that we won the 2021 Master Builders Association (MBA) of NSW Excellence in Housing Awards for our Glossodia project!

The MBA of NSW Excellence in Housing Awards is the state’s most prestigious residential building awards recognised by the Master Builders Association, the leading building and construction industry association across Australia. The highly contested Housing Awards showcases the very best in residential construction and recognises builders for their excellence in construction, innovation and quality within the industry. 

The awards attract a significant number of applicants from leading construction companies across the state and we are honored to win the townhouses, villas and dual occupancy category for our Glossodia project!

Our Glossodia project is one which we hold close to our hearts.  With panoramic views of the Hawkesbury Region, the home is located in the picturesque Glossodia, located just an hour’s drive from Sydney. Situated on 25 acres amidst the rolling hills,  the home embraces the natural features of the site and provides space for the family to grow and live with sophistication and elegance.

For this project, the clients had an old, single storey brick veneer and tiled roof home that they wanted to knock down and rebuild into their forever home. This included attaching the new dwelling to an existing single-storey Hamptons style cottage that was already on the block to create a dual occupancy property that complimented the landscape.
